Manufacturing Process
Requirement & Drawing Review
Receive 2D/3D drawings or samples; analyze dimensions, tolerances, material and finish requirements to confirm manufacturability.
Tooling Design Proposal
Propose a die tooling design based on part geometry and material, with VE value-engineering cost-down suggestions.
Tooling Development & Manufacturing
Complete tooling manufacture and trial validation, then deliver samples for customer approval.
Die Casting
Run production casting with recorded curve parameters to guarantee batch-to-batch consistency.
CNC Machining & Grinding
Automatic shot blasting, punch trimming, eco grinding, sand blasting and CNC machining to meet drawing dimensions and appearance.
Surface Treatment & Inspection
Apply anodizing and other surface treatments, perform full dimensional inspection, then preservation-pack with inspection report.
Materials & Alloys
We purchase and cast to the alloy grade specified on your drawings.
| Grade | Characteristics & Use |
|---|---|
| Pure Aluminium | Our primary casting material — good fluidity, easy to fill, suited to complex geometries |
| Chabof Heat-Resistant Alloy | Excellent high-temperature resistance, used for cookware and hot-environment parts |
| Anodized Aluminium | Anodized surface combining cosmetic appearance with corrosion resistance |
| Welded Aluminium Alloy | Weldable grades for components that require downstream welding |
| Special Aluminium Alloys | Cast to the special alloy grade specified on your drawings |
| General Aluminium Alloys | General-purpose die casting alloys balancing cost and performance |
| Zinc Alloy | Thin-wall small parts and lock housings with good surface quality |
DFM Support
We complete a manufacturability review before quoting, flagging tooling risks and cost-reduction opportunities early.
Wall Thickness Review
Check minimum and uniform wall thickness to prevent shrinkage and cold-lap defects.
Draft & Parting Line
Assess draft angles, parting line and ejection strategy to reduce distortion and secondary machining.
Cost-down Suggestions
Cost-reduction advice from multi-cavity design, material substitution and process simplification.
