QC Process

Quality Control Process

Smart Process Costing

Automatic process and cost calculation per part, keeping quotations transparent.

Smart Quality Monitoring

Casting curve parameters monitored in real time, with 10,000 records retained for quality analysis.

Smart Production Management

Systematized production process with full traceability.

Smart Fault Diagnosis

Rapid equipment fault identification, reducing downtime losses.

Inspection Equipment

CMM, optical projectors and other inspection equipment for incoming, in-process and final inspection.

VE Value Engineering

Continuous value-engineering programmes driving cost reduction from the design stage.

Traceability

Batch Traceability

Every part is traceable by heat lot, linking raw material, tooling, casting parameters, machining and inspection records.

Describe the traceability flow, e.g. every part carries a heat-lot label allowing the customer to trace back to casting date, mold ID and inspection report.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is typically 500–1000 pcs per mold for die castings (different for CNC-machined parts). Smaller trial quantities are accepted during the sample stage.
How long does sampling take?
Tooling takes approx. 4–6 weeks; trial samples 7–10 days; production lead time confirmed by quantity and process.
Do you provide DFM reports?
Yes. We review manufacturability after receiving drawings, flagging wall thickness, draft angle, parting line and shrinkage risks with suggested improvements.
How is tooling cost handled?
Tooling cost is charged at actual cost and rebated once the order reaches an agreed quantity. Tool ownership can be assigned to the customer.
Which surface treatments do you offer?
Automatic shot blasting, punch trimming, eco grinding and sand blasting are done in-house, with anodizing and other treatments supported. Please confirm specific processes with us.
Which payment and trade terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C at sight, D/P and D/A are all acceptable, subject to order value and region.

Audit or Inspection Required?

We welcome factory audits and third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, BV, etc.) and can provide process records and samples on request.
